How many guests can Union Manor accommodate?Our venue is designed to be flexible and can comfortably host up to 200 guests across our different spaces. Each area offers a unique experience and allows you to tailor the event to your guest count and preferences.

Where is Union Manor located?Union Manor is nestled right off of 71 on 1432 County Road 1575 Ashland, OH 44805, allowing for a quiet, but convenient space to host your event.

Are we allowed to bring in our own vendors?Yes, you’re welcome to bring in your preferred vendors, but we also have a list of recommended vendors who are familiar with our venue. We’re happy to work with new vendors as long as they meet our venue’s requirements.

Do you have indoor and outdoor options in case of inclement weather?Certainly! We understand weather can be unpredictable, so we offer both indoor and outdoor options to ensure your day goes perfectly, no matter the forecast. Our barn provides an elegant indoor space, while our lake and gardens offer beautiful outdoor settings.

Is there parking available on-site?Yes, we provide ample on-site parking for guests. We can also coordinate valet parking or shuttle services upon request to make the arrival experience seamless for everyone.

Do you have overnight accommodations on-site or nearby?While we don’t offer on-site accommodations, we’re partnered with several local hotels and charming bed & breakfasts nearby, some of which offer exclusive rates for Union Manor guests and located less than a mile away. We’re happy to assist in coordinating accommodations for you and your guests.
