Full use of our Something Borrowed Room full of centerpieces, chargers, signage and more
Bridal Suite right on the pond

Tables and chairs for both ceremony and reception. We provide white chairs and a variety of round, high top and long tables for buffet, cake, gift tables and any other needs
Outdoor patio tables, cocktail tables, chairs and outdoor bar set up for cocktails and appetizers, seating 60+ guests
Your choice of black, cream or white linens
Fire pits and patio fire towers (fire wood and propane included)
One hour wedding rehearsal run through before the big day
On site parking lot with day of parking attendants
Day of venue coordinator
Day of event insurance
Licensed and experienced bartender(s)
Preferred vendor list upon booking to help with the planning process, but you can use any licensed caterer, photographer, DJ, baker of your choice!
Engagement & Announcement
Before Your Day
When you book with Union Manor, we include reservations before your big day to come out and utilize our scenic 18 acre estate for engagement or announcement pictures. We have two beautiful bridges that overlook our two acre pond, benches and seating throughout our wooded manicured land, swings on the covered porch of the Manor and more that provide a unique backdrop to capture your lifetime memories.
